Follow Darwin – Journey to the Galapagos: June 5-12, 2027

Categories: ,

There's a reason why Galapagos liveaboard diving is on every divers' bucket list. A UNESCO World Heritage site, Galapagos National Park is a paradise of protected islands bursting with unique marine life found nowhere else on earth. Diving adventures here encompass everything from aggregating hammerheads and whale sharks, to penguins, marine iguanas, and more. The sheer number of rare species is nothing short of incredible. Plus, at the isolated Wolf and Darwin Islands, you can watch as huge schools of scalloped hammerheads, silky sharks, and tuna float on by.

With so much to see, we offer all of our itineraries that include tours ashore to see endemic giant tortoises, blue-footed boobies, and more. If you like natural spaces, sharks, and spectacular diving, then liveaboard scuba diving in the Galapagos Islands is a must!

TIBURON EXPLORER® LIVEABOARD, GALAPAGOS

Tiburon Explorer Liveaboard Diving VesselThe NEW, elegant & spacious 16-passenger M/V Tiburon Explorer Galapagos diving liveaboard provides 9 air-conditioned staterooms located on the main and lower decks; all of which have private bathrooms and ocean views. Two cabins situated on the main deck have queen beds only. All other cabins have twin beds and the cabins can be converted to queen beds for couples. The yacht features a partially covered sun deck with a hot tub and ample seating, a salon area with dining, a bar, and an entertainment area. WiFi with Satellite Internet connection is available onboard (see package prices in our FAQ's section)

The Tiburon Explorer's large dive deck includes a bathroom, a large camera table with a charging station, individual storage areas, rinse bins for cameras, and another for gear. Diving operations are conducted from two large pangas (tenders), easily boarded from the dive deck.

LIVEABOARD ITINERARIES

Mornings aboard a Galapagos Islands liveaboard start early to maximize dive time.  Many of the marine reserve's islands are only accessible by boat meaning little traffic and lots of shark action.  Each itinerary has amazing underwater photography opportunities due to their unique geomorphological formations and all with an incredible array of sea life. The Galapagos Islands are worth the visit!

Tiburon Explorer spends 3 days at Wolf and Darwin, then one day in Cabo Douglas & Punta Vincente Roca - here you may encounter endemic Marine Iguanas and shy Mola Molas.
